Falling for Fall in Durango!

With the temperatures dropping and the leaves changing we're starting to get very excited about all the fun upcoming events and activities fall brings us.  Naturally, each fall we're drawn to the golden aspens and love spending time outdoors and exploring the beautiful San Juans.  Durango has plenty of outdoor activities to choose from when deciding how to embrace the fall colors.  Want to try something new?  Maybe try out a new hike or go on a horseback riding trip through the mountains.  New to the area?  You will not regret a trip

Durango also has a packed calendar of events this fall.  This weekend is the Telluride Blues and Brews festival, a fun festival with bands, fans and barrels of beer that takes place in our neighboring town of Telluride. Also this weekend is the Durango Autumn Arts Festival, a festive celebration of artists and those who love the arts. Other fun events coming up this month are the Fall Photo Train with the D&SNGRR, Oktoberfest and the famous Durango Cowboy Gathering.  Lots of events coming up and these are just in the month of September!
