Purgatory Adds Another Weekend!

Daily operations on the slopes of Purgatory at Durango Mountain Resort ended last Sunday, April 3.  But lucky for us lifts 1, 3 and 8 will be running starting Friday, April 8 through Sunday, April 10.  Operating hours will be from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., a one-hour shift from the usual schedule. The change allows time for the morning snow to soften and visitors to enjoy the extended daylight hours.  Lift tickets will be discounted this weekend, and weekday passes will be honored.  Lift tickets will be $40 for adults, $32 for students and adults ages 62 to 69 and $25 for children 6 years old through 12th grade and adults older than 70.

Also the Purgatory All-Season passes for the 2011 - 2012 winter season are currently on sale.  If you purchase your pass before April 30 you will get the lowest rate of the year! All-Season passes have no black-out dates and offer other benefits including free days at other resorts and free access to summer activities such as mountain bike uplifts, trails, alpine slides and more!  Click here to purchase online today!
