Purg got a fresh dump of snow yesterday!  10 more inches of snow in 24 hours and 7 of those inches fell after the lifts stopped running yesterday.  It's going to be another great week of skiing and boarding on the mountain!  Are you spending Spring Break in Durango?  Purgatory at Durango Mountain Resort is a great place to spend your week off!  Their current base is now 67" and it looks like there will be more snow through Tuesday night.  There will be plenty of snow to play in and fun times to be had when spending Spring Break with us in Durango. While in Durango you must take a ride on the Durango & Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad's Cascade Canyon Winter Train.  You ride the steam train 52 miles round trip through the San Juan National Forest in the comfort of heated coaches. This wilderness destination is the perfect setting for a fire-side lunch, photo opportunities, or a walk along the Animas River.
